Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for the BlueInk Services. If we believe a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our Customers, the BlueInk Services or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access. This policy may change as BlueInk evolves, so please check back regularly for updates and changes. Terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy will have the meaning set forth in the BlueInk Terms of Use.
Do:
- Keep passwords and all other login information confidential;
- Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the BlueInk
Services; - Promptly notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity
or a security breach involving your accounts or teams, including any loss, theft, or unauthorized
disclosure or use of a username, password, or account; and
- Comply with the BlueInk Terms of Use, including the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy;
- Comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations, including, but not limited to, all
intellectual property, data, privacy, and export control laws, and regulations promulgated by any
government agencies;
Do not:
- Share, transfer or otherwise provide access to an account designated for you to another person;
- Send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam;
- Post or transmit abusive messages, defamatory, libelous, false or misleading statements, hate
speech, or messages that incite or threaten violence; - Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity, engage in
fraud, or hide or attempt to hide your identity; - Interfere with the normal functioning, integrity or operation of the BlueInk Platform;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, worms, harmful code, other software agents or invalid data;
- Decipher or decrypt transmissions, circumvent any access, authentication or copy restrictions of, or
otherwise attempt to compromise the security of the BlueInk Platform (including another user’s
account); - Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any part of the BlueInk Platform without proper
authorization; - Attempt to modify, or gain unauthorized use of or access to, another user’s account(s), website(s),
application(s), system(s), equipment or data; - Access any unauthorized part of the BlueInk Platform;
- Access the BlueInk Services in order to build a similar or competitive product or service or copy any
ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the BlueInk Services; - Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from any other
user’s account; - Use the BlueInk Service or other parts of the BlueInk Platform in violation of any applicable law or
regulation, including privacy laws in applicable jurisdictions; or - Upload, use or transmit any content, data or materials that violate applicable laws or regulations.
