What is Blueink Payments?

Blueink Payments is a new payment-enabled eSignature feature that lets you collect payments and signatures within the same workflow, powered by Stripe for secure, seamless transactions.

How do I enable payment collection on a document?

Only account owners can activate Blueink Payments. Simply connect your Stripe account in the Blueink Payments settings. When preparing an envelope, toggle on “Enable Payments” in the Review & Send step.

Is payment processing secure and compliant?

Absolutely. Blueink Payments leverages Stripe's globally trusted platform to ensure encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing.

Can I track both signature and payment status?

Yes. The real-time dashboard shows both envelope and payment status—from pending to completed—giving full visibility of each transaction.

Do clients receive a confirmation after payment?

Yes. Clients receive instant confirmation once they’ve signed and paid. Receipts and signed documents are both stored and accessible for your records.
