What’s New in Blueink - September 2024

We’ve introduced three new features to improve your experience: Status Page, and Email and SMS Delivery Status tracking.

1. Blueink Status Page

The Blueink Status Page provides real-time updates on key services like the Dashboard, API, Email Delivery, and SMS Delivery. You can easily check if everything is operational or if there are any issues or maintenance.

2. Email and SMS Delivery Status

With the Email and SMS Delivery Status feature, you can track whether document notifications were delivered, or failed. This helps you ensure signers receive their documents and lets you quickly resolve any delivery issues.

3. New Developer Site Launched

The BlueInk Developer site is here to make it easy for developers to add eSignatures to their apps. We offer client SDKs for Python, JavaScript, and PHP, along with clear documentation, API guides, and practical examples to help you get started quickly. Whether you’re building simple forms or handling more complex document workflows, we’ve got the tools and resources to make development straightforward and efficient.

4. Auto Field Placement via the API

The Auto Field Placement feature in our API automatically detects specific text, such as “Sign Here,” and places fields accordingly on your PDFs.
