Download PDFs for In-Progress Envelopes 

You can now download PDFs for in progress envelopes. Super useful if a signer abandons the process – you can save a copy without waiting for the whole signing process to finish. Whether you’re dealing with incomplete signatures or saving in-progress documents, this gives you more flexibility in your eSignature process.

Remove Signers from In-Progress envelopes 

Got a signer who’s no longer needed? You can remove them from the envelopes. If they were the last person, the envelopes will be marked complete and you can download the final docs right away.

CC Additional Recipients

You can now add CC recipients to the envelope, so extra email addresses will get notified when signing is complete. Those CC’d in eSignature documents can also download the final docs.

Personalize Email Subject and Message

When you send an envelope you can now customize the email subject and message that goes to the signers. This personalization makes the communication feel more tailored to each person. Use this feature to make your eSignature experience more human and your digital signing more personal.

Product Upgrades

User and Account Settings Admins can set a default time zone for “Signing Date” fields, users can now set their default time zone and date format across the dashboard. Admins can also set signed documents to include the envelopes ID.
