Introducing the Copy Envelope Feature from Blueink

Managing documents can consume valuable time. To help with this, we are introducing the Copy Envelope feature, designed to make document handling easier.

What is a Copy Envelope?

The Copy Envelope feature allows you to quickly duplicate any document envelope in your dashboard. Whether it’s a draft, sent, expired, or completed envelope, you can create multiple versions with just one click. This gives you the flexibility to make changes without altering the original.

Why Use a Copy Envelope?

  • Save Time: No need to start from scratch. Just copy, make a few changes, and send.
  • Fix Errors: Made a mistake? Copy the envelope, fix it, and resend.
  • Resend Expired Envelope: Duplicate an expired envelope, make the necessary adjustments, and resend it.

How to Use Copy Envelope

1. Click on the envelope from your dashboard or archive to open the envelope modal

2. Click the “Copy Envelope” button on the lower right.
