Copy Envelope is now easier with the ability to copy fields

Feature Update: Copy Envelope Improvement

At Blueink, we're always looking for ways to make your work simpler. After launching the Copy Envelope feature back in October 2022, we’ve made some updates to make it even more helpful.

What’s New?  

Copy Fields from Existing Documents: You can now copy fields from an old document when you duplicate an envelope. This makes it easy to create multiple versions with all the important details already included.

Why You’ll Love This Update:

  • Save Time: No need to re-enter fields. Just copy and go.
  • Stay Consistent: Carry over everything from the original, ensuring you don't miss any important info.
  • Work Smarter: Resend documents with accurate fields, reducing errors and hassle.

How to Use the Updated Copy Envelope:

  1. Select an envelope from your Dashboard or Archive.
  2. Click the "Copy Envelope" button at the bottom right of the modal.
  3. Select what you want to copy, including fields from the original document, and click "Copy Envelope."

4. Make any changes you need to the fields, without redoing everything.
