Checkbox Groups Feature

We’re introducing Checkbox Groups, a way to manage multiple selections in your forms or documents. With this feature, users can choose one or more options from a list of checkboxes, making the selection process easy. Whether you need single or multiple selections, Blueink’s Checkbox Groups let you handle it without hassle.

What Are Checkbox Groups?

Checkbox Groups let you group related choices together so users can pick as many as they need. Each checkbox has a label to make it clear what’s being selected. This is great for forms where you need to collect more than one answer or just limit users to one option. It helps with things like document signing and electronic signature tasks.

Single vs. Multiple Selections

You can set up Checkbox Groups for either single or multiple selections:

• Single Selection: If you need users to pick just one option, like marital status, this is what you want.
• Multiple Selections: If users need to choose several options, like interests or preferences, you can easily allow that too.

Control the Number of Selections

With Blueink’s Checkbox Groups, you can control how many boxes a user can check. If only one option is allowed, you can make sure they only pick one. These settings help ensure the form is filled out correctly.
