Auto-Generated Fields for eSignature

Blueink Automatic Field Detection feature is designed to make preparing documents faster and easier by automatically discovering and placing fillable fields such as signatures, dates, and text boxes on your documents. It’s all about making the document setup process as simple as possible while giving you control over your electronic signature workflow.

How Auto-Generated Fields Work

When you upload a document and click "Auto Detect," Blueink scans it to find the best places to add fields like text boxes, checkboxes, and signature areas. Our AI analyzes the file to figure out where things like single-line text inputs and multi-line text boxes fit best. 

Blueink’s AI operates entirely within a secure, isolated infrastructure, ensuring that none of your data is transmitted to the cloud.

All detected fields are currently assigned to a single signer that you select. But if your document has multiple signers, you can easily change the assignments after the fields are added, so that your document is configured correctly.

Getting Started with Auto-Generated Fields

The Auto-Generated Fields feature is now live and ready for all Blueink users. To give it a try, log into your Blueink account, upload your document, and click the Auto detect button. The system will take care of the initial field placements, and you can make any changes necessary before sending the document out for signature.
