How long does it take to get up and running?
We move at your speed. Our onboarding process is simple.
  1. You provide your existing documents, our team uploads them and helps you “hotspot” them so they are ready to use in the system.
  2. Our team walks you through the simple process of sending documents out for review and scheduling the proper alerts and follow up.
  3. Viola! You're ready to send your documents out for review and execution with BlueInk.
  4. If you are on a BlueInk 360 plan and need Audio Guided Document Review, our team works with you in creating the guided narration.
  5. Once the narration is reviewed and approved, we have it translated to any languages you select for use.
If I sign up for BlueInk Focus can I still use Audio Guided Review?
No. If you need Audio Guided Document Review, you will need to sign up for a BlueInk 360 or a BlueInk Enterprise plan. Contact our team to learn more.

Yes. We designed BlueInk to scale with you, and can tailor a plan to meet the unique needs of your business or organization. Contact our team to learn more.
What is the cancellation policy?
A. You can cancel at any time and your service will be pro-rated to the date you select. If you’re under an enterprise contract, our cancellation policy is exactly the same; you can cancel at any time and billing will be pro-rated.
What is the difference between BlueInk360 and BlueInk Focus?
BlueInk 360 includes all of the features of BlueInk Focus, plus Audio Guided Document Review, in any language. BlueInk 360 also includes higher usage limits. Choose BlueInk 360 if you want Audio Guided Document Review, or if you plan on sending more documents than allowed by the BlueInk Focus plan. If you start with BlueInk Focus, you can upgrade to BlueInk 360 or an Enterprise plan at anytime.
What is the refund policy?
When you cancel, billing is pro-rated through the date you select. Refunds exclude any setup costs associated with onboarding BlueInk Enterprise or BlueInk 360 accounts.
What support is available?
The BlueInk customer support team is available via email and phone for support for all accounts. Our phone support hours are 8:00 AM EST through 9:00 PM PST daily. Enterprise Accounts also include custom training sessions for your team.
What types of documents are supported?
If you can print it, we can support it.
