What is a Bundle?

A “Bundle” represents the entire document transaction from created to complete. Your bundle can have as many signers, documents, and attachments that you need as long as you send everything out together in a single transaction, all at once, it will count as one bundle.

What is the refund policy?

When you cancel, billing is pro-rated through the date you select. Refunds exclude any setup costs associated with onboarding BlueInk Enterprise.
